POLICIES
Payments/Bookings
• All Payments are due no later than 48 hours in advanced of scheduled session. Zelle, Venmo & PayPal are accepted.
• Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.
• Upon completion of a session/package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new session/package before resuming training. Sessions will not be rescheduled without payment.
• NO PAYMENT, NO SESSIONS.
packages
5 pack packages expire 45 days after date of first session, 10 pack packages expire 90 days after date of first session.
Refunds
• ALL payments are finalized 48 hours advance of scheduled session. Any refund on packages will be deducted from sessions already used & sessions already used will be charged at FULL PRICE.
Late Policy
• Please be on time for personal session. Personal training sessions that start late due to client’s late arrival will still end one-hour from the appointed start time.
• There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your session counted as a no-show & is forfeited. If you believe you are running late please call or text (347) 698-3875.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations to be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 24 hours is given training session is forfeited.
